Accommodation and fees

The cost of participation is given in Polish zloty (PLN) and amounts to 2000 PLN (early payment, approx. 500 Euro) for a participant and 1400 PLN (approx. 350 Euro) for an accompanying person. The exchange rate fluctuates and presently is around 4 PLN / Euro. The current rate can be checked at the National Bank of Poland (NBP). The fee covers accommodation in a double room, full board, bus transfer from Kraków to Zakopane and back, guided excursions to the Tatra Mountains National Park, the conference dinner and conference fee.
A limited number of single rooms is available for an additional charge of 400 PLN (about 100 Euro).

Payment should be made not later than March 31st, 2013. After this date the fee rises to 2400 PLN

Discounted registration fee is available for early registered PhD students –- for application the acceptance of abstract and the letter of recommendation is requested. The deadline for the student’s applications is February 28th 2013.
Cancellation received before April 30th  2013 is free of charge. Cancellation after this date will be charged with a 25% of the conference fee.

We are prepared to accommodate up to 100 participants. 
In the view of the limited participants number an early registration is advised.

Please keep the receipt for registration and make sure that the bank transfer costs are not drawn from the Symposium fee!
